This was an entire apartment with kitchen and living room as well as 2 bedrooms. So much storage space available and all areas were clean and very comfortable. There is easy access from the motorway, secure parking and a local supermarket a couple of minutes away. The kitchen was fully equipped and breakfast is available ( we didn't partake). We had no contact with the hotel staff other than checking in and out, but that was easy and the staff were helpful and friendly. We did not use any other hotel facilities but the family wished we had stayed more than 1 night.

We stayed at Appart'City Confort Lille Grand Palais as a family, including our dog, and had a great experience. Even though our room was right next to the highway, we didn’t hear a thing – the soundproofing was excellent. The staff was kind and welcoming, and it was super convenient to have private parking directly under the hotel. The location is great too – you're just a short walk or drive from the city center, but still far enough to avoid the chaos. The room was clean, spacious enough for a family, and the kitchenette was a big plus. Overall, it was a smooth and pleasant stay. Would definitely come back.

Pleasant hotel at a walk away from the Grand palais and the metro or 20 min walk to the centre The room was comfy and clean and we had a restful night. Kudos to the kindest staff, always happy to help with free food and drinks in the afternoon.

It's was what you'd expect for 3 star I think. Am used to 5 , but the staff were very pleasant , check in was straightforward, there was free cake in the morning which my Son loved and there are games and family facilities in reception /eating area. The rooms have their own kitchens.

There were always free snacks by the reception, as well as a 'welcome package' with Belgian treats; that was a lovely surprise. The room was spacious and clean.

One of our best choices honestly! For the very first time we stayed in a place where the staff was so friendly and helpful! The biggest plus is the free parking lot,they even allowed us to leave our car ,after we check out for the rest of the day. The money we paid for our stayed, definitely well deserved. We hope we will visit again Lile soon.

We really liked that the Appartement was very close to our points of interests. Also, the staff was nice and friendly. We found the apartment clean and equipped with necessary stuff. We liked that we couldn't hear the noise from the road and that we had the possibility to warm our room from a private heater. Per total, it was a good experience. Also it's great that they gave us the possibility to check-in earlier and reserved for us a parking place in a private parking.

Great hotel that’s priced very fairly in what can be an expensive city. Relatively close to the centre of Lille just a 20 minute walk away. Staff were very helpful and friendly. The room itself was basic but clean with the added bonus of a kitchenette. Cheap and cheerful and just what we needed for a quick trip to Lille

Nice size room. Plenty additions, coffee, cakes and sweets. Room was well equipped, with coffee maker and refrigerator etc. Excellent shower and comfy bed. Great breakfast. Lovely, friendly, helpful and professional staff.
